Return & Cancellation Policy

1. Scope
This policy applies to all paid services offered by Boneseavibrantir, including remote briefings, integration programmes, studio sessions, and digital protocol packages for professionals in the United Kingdom.
2. Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, or other applicable UK consumer protection legislation. Services must be performed with reasonable care and skill.
3. Right to Cancel (Distance Contracts)
If you book a service online, by telephone, or by email without meeting us in person, you have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of booking without giving a reason (the "cooling-off period"), provided the service has not yet been fully delivered. If you request that we begin the service during the cooling-off period, you may be required to pay a proportionate amount for work already completed.
4. Cancellation by You
- More than 14 days before a scheduled session: full refund
- Between 7 and 14 days before: 50% refund
- Within 7 days of the session: no refund, but one free reschedule within three months subject to availability
5. Rescheduling
You may reschedule at no charge if we receive at least 48 hours' notice before the original session time. Rescheduling requests within 48 hours may incur an administrative fee of 20% of the session cost.
6. Cancellation by Us
If we cancel due to facilitator unavailability or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at your convenience at no additional charge.
7. Digital Protocol Packages
Digital materials delivered electronically are non-refundable once access credentials have been issued, except where technical issues prevent access. Contact us within 7 days for resolution or a refund.
8. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 14 working days to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.
9. How to Cancel or Request a Refund
Email talk@boneseavibrantir.world with your booking reference, session date, and reason for cancellation. We aim to respond within three working days. You may also write to: Boneseavibrantir, Unit C, Forstal Farm, Goudhurst Road, Lamberhurst, Tunbridge Wells TN3 8AG.
